Commissions: 30% revenue share.
Hugely popular push notification solution. They offer a neat 14 day free trial with all features.
They pay affiliates 30% of the first order that their referrals place. I really wish it was 30% recurring instead, but hey, it’s still nice that they offer an affiliate program and you can earn some decent rewards as described below.
Their cheapest package is $18/mo which would net you $5.4 CPA and their more expensive business package is $75/mo which would net you a $22.5 commission.
However, they are pushing their discounted 1 year packages which will pay more. From $64.8 to $190.8 each sale!

Themify is a premium WordPress theme and plugin club. They’ve currently got 42 themes and 12 plugins. They’ve also got a WordPress drag and drop website builder with 25 addons. They charge $39 for all of those addons. A single theme costs $59 and access to all themes and plugins are just a little bit more pricey at $89 for a year of access to updates and new themes, addons and plugins.
Another option they’ve got is to pay once for full lifetaime access. This is currently priced at $249.
One of their most advertised plugins is the Post Type Builder that gives a nice interface with lots of settings for creating custom post types. It is priced at $49.
Unfortunately they do not offer a recurring affiliate commission for customers that renew their memberships after the inital year unlike that of Elegent Themes. They offer a 60 day cookie.

Commissions: 85% revenue share for the first month for their software suite, $72 CPA for stock photos.
Adobe is a world known brand for their top design software suite with apps like Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. If you have not yet heard of these apps you just need to know that they are the industry standard when it comes to web and digital design.
Their software suite is a SaaS product, meaning that they require subscriptions instead of one-time payments. I would like to see them offer a recurring commission payout for this product.
Their stock photo site features of course photos, but also videos, 3D assets and templates for Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro. This makes this stock site rather unique and very useful to active customers of their software suite products. It also integrates with Photoshop CC and Illustrator CC.

Commissions: €40 - €75 CPA.
SiteGround is one of the world’s top web hosting companies and I have seen several hosting sites promoting their web hosting services in their top positions.
However, this is not one of the best paying web hosting affiliate programs. Also their shared web hosting plans are a bit on the expensive side compared with the competition. At least after the intial billing period which is greatly discounted. Customers have to pay €9.95/mo for the cheapest offer and that only allows for 1 website.
Still though, this is a top web host with lots of nice features. They have a strong focus on serving fast loading websites even with their cheapest plans. Features include speed tech like HTTP/2, SSD storage and Nginx web servers. Also their hosting includes free daily backups. Note that the list of features differ from each plan and type of hosting.
They have data centers in USA, UK, EU and Asia making this suitable for advertising to a global target audience.
SiteGround offer 4 different commission rates based on your performance. If you can send over 6+ sales a month you get €60 CPA, 11+ €75 CPA and 21+ custom CPA.
Commissions: 50% recurring revenue share.
Elegant Themes has been around for a long time designing great premium WordPress themes. They offer a rather cheap membership that grants access to all of their themes.
Elegant Themes is the web design company that has managed to create the most popular WordPress theme in the world – and gosh do they have competition, so that is really a mark of honor. This is the Divi theme.
Currently a membership to this site costs $89/year or $249/lifetime. They pay affiliates handsomely 50% recurring revenue share.
Commissions: 100% revenue share of the first payment.
KeyCDN is a hugely popular CDN provider. They are the only one with an affiliate program open to everyone now I believe. Max CDN used to have one but after merging with another CDN called StackPath they don’t advertise an afilliate program anymore but a sales partner program.
KeyCDN offers new customers a 30 day trial – a great selling point! This way new customers can try out for themselves any loading speed benefits for their sites globally with free tools online.
Another nice bonus for this affiliate program is that you get to give all of your referrals $10 in credit.
Commission is 100% of the first payment of each customer you refer. But unfortunately you cannot payout your earnings, at this point. All earnings are in the form of KeyCDN credits and has to be spent on their products.
